Consultation to Project Completion

Building your dreams with precision and quality

Here are six simple steps to guide you from initial consultation to final completion:

 

Step 1 – Consultation

Schedule a free consultation with our builder to discuss ideas and budget.

Step 2 – Design Stage

Meet with our building designer/ architect to gather information about the lifestyle, preferences and requirements for your project.

Discuss ideas for plans and finalise concept design.

Receive concept floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D and initial Basix Report.

Step 3 – Quote

We will prepare a detailed written quote based on your concept/architectural plans, detailing all materials and services included in the construction.

Upon quote acceptance, we will proceed to finalize architectural plans and obtain building approvals.

Step 4 – Approvals

We will organise all necessary documentation to obtain the relevant approvals for construction.

These include final architectural plans, engineering, plans, structural adequacy certificate, Basix certificates, specifications, Sydney Water Tap-in, Long Service Levy and Home Owner Warranty Insurance.

Step 5 – Contracts & Pre-Construction Meeting

We hold a Pre-Construction meeting with the builder and the client to align expectations and address any queries before commencement of the project.

A Master Builders Association BC4 Residential Building Contract is signed between the builder and the client to verify terms and conditions of the project.

Step 6 – Construction & Final Completion of Project

The builder constructs and supervises the construction process to ensure its smooth execution.

Upon project completion, our Certifiers will conduct a final inspection to ensure compliance with National Building Codes and Australian Standards and the Final Occupation Certificate will be issued.
